Powerade hauls down the rebound and Coach Bo Perasol asks for time.

With .6 secs Doug Kramer is able to get a shot

off Jervy Cruz but it is just too hurried.

In the extension period, Rain or Shine manages only 2 points courtesy of Gabe Norwood.  Powerade, on the other hand totals seven - 4 from David, 2 from Kramer, and 1 from JV Casio.  Final tally is   [Powerade-104  Rain or Shine-99].
